Project Description

Psalm 1

Speaker: Rev. Timothy D. Berry

As we begin a summer series in the Psalms, we are challenged with the ultimate reality that there are only two ways to live. Every person chooses either to live in the light of what the Creator God has revealed about himself or to keep their own counsel. Only one of these leads to a life of blessing.

Psalm 2

Speaker: Rev. Timothy D. Berry

Have you ever felt overwhelmed by the complexity of life – from the tiny details to the overall big picture? The Psalmist, however, looks at the chaos created by humanity’s incessant scheming and asks incredulously, “why do you plot in vain?” The reality, despite appearances, is that there is one who is in control. When we trust, submit to, and serve him, we can navigate the modern world with clear confidence and hope, expectant of the Lord’s blessing.

Psalm 139

Speaker: Rev. Timothy D. Berry

A psalm that outlines the psalmist’s personal relationship with God. A relationship that recognises the wonder of God’s detailed knowledge of us, and his intimate involvement in our lives, that produces spontaneous worship; that causes us to run to him, not from him.
